TJBP Consistency Challenge
Now that summer is over, it’s time to get back into the routine again. To help you get the ball rolling, we are running our first movement challenge, TJBP Consistency Challenge.
For each full week of October, a workout schedule from our On Demand library will be dropped into your inbox.
The goal is to complete 5 workouts each week for 4 weeks.
We start October 1st. Let’s do this!
Here’s what it consists of:
On Demand Schedule to your inbox each Sunday night. The schedule will include 2 Pilates on the Mat workouts, 2 Barre Fusion Pilates workouts and 1 Mobility workout*

In order to be added to the draw, share each workout that you do on either Instagram, Facebook or Strava and include the hashtag #TJBPConsistencychallenge and tag me so I can see. For any of you that don’t have social media, keep track of your workouts and share them with me via your prefered method!
